What's so "geng" about this addon? It changes your tab name!! Ceh... Not so cool also...
Why do you say so! When you surf XXX sites, then aha! Change tab's name! w00t!!!

OkOk.. It is the Tab Renamizer (Click link to download page)!!!
After clicking the link, click the green "Add to Firefox" Icon on the web page.
Let me show you some steps to minimize the risks of being spotted when you are surfing "AHEM" sites.
1) Tools>Add-ons
2) Click on "Extensions tab" and search for TabRenamizer
3) Click options
4) In the new opened window, go "Advanced options" tab
5) Uncheck "Show original title for active tab" under Paranoid mode section
